Judging ~ 3:30 pm
Awards ~ 5:00 pm

3 Pot Advanced (Dessert, Bread, and Main Dish)
2 Pot Novice (Dessert and Main Dish)
IDOS Cook-Off rules apply.

All dishes will be judged at 3:30 by a panel of 9 judges, 3 judges for each category.

NO FORMER WORLD CHAMPIONS
NO TEAMS THAT HAVE QUALIFIED FOR 2008 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
WINNER WILL QUALIFY TO COMPETE IN 2008 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
